Land development is the only work we do.
Bailey Engineering partners with experienced developers shaping some of the fastest-growing communities in the Treasure Valley. Our projects are visible, long-term, and consequential — neighborhoods people will live in for decades.
We are structured, process-driven, and deadline-focused. Our developer clients expect clarity and execution — and we deliver both.
We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer who wants to build real skills on real projects — with mentorship, structured growth, and a clear path to PE licensure.
This is not a drafting seat.
It is a growth seat.
What You Would Own
You would support and progressively lead subdivision and civil land development projects — learning the full lifecycle from concept through construction.
That includes:
- Grading, drainage, utility, and roadway design for residential and commercial subdivisions
- Civil 3D production and plan set development
- Coordination with survey, operations, and local agencies
- Supporting senior PEs on developer-facing communication
- Construction support and field coordination
- Progressively taking on independent project responsibility
At Bailey, "Own It" means you take responsibility for what is on your desk — and you grow into owning more over time.
