Real projects. Real experience.
Bailey Engineering is a land development firm working with experienced developers on subdivision projects across the Treasure Valley. Our work is visible, tangible, and lasting — neighborhoods people will call home for decades.
We are looking for a motivated engineering student who wants hands-on experience — not busywork. You will work alongside professional engineers on active projects, learn how civil land development actually gets done, and see the direct impact of your contributions.

- SWPPP preparation
- Ground water monitoring
